Dear parents,

Would you please take a moment to answer this short questionnaire to help us with planning for the rest of the summer term.  This questionnaire will close at 9am on Monday 15th June 2020.

As you may be aware, the government no longer expects children in years 2, 3, 4 and 5 to return to school this term.

We are looking at options to allow these children some time in school before the summer break and would value your opinions.
